Match Report: vs Shank's Frens 6/1/07

Sorry for this ultra late report but my comp had a few problems and i've been busy with work and social life.. hahas..
6th Jan '07, Match Day
anyway from what i can remember, we won some team 8-1(oh no clean sheet!).. the opponents are around 17-18 and didnt really pose any threats to us. in other words, most agree, this is the kind of match that make us happy, but not to help us improve.

Firdaus-[7]-[GK]- The "Calamity Butter Fingers" didnt have much to do. Did make some saves however.

Varun-[7]-[LB]- The "Light-Heavy Weight Champion"Can't Remember Much. Did ok.
.
Mark-[8.5]-[CB]- Solid in defence. Didnt get complacent even though we're winning comfortably

Danny-[8]-[CB]- A no nonsense defender. Calm and composed.

Shank-[7.5]-[RB]- Did ok.
.
Nigel-[7.5]-[LM]- The "Push-Ups King". Hard worker at the left side with his tireless runnings.

Samuel-[9]-[CM]- Pulled the strings together in midfield and scored a well taken goal from a volley from outside the box. Scored another but couldnt get his third which came off the posts.

D.Guo-[8.5]-[CM]- Great during the first half, quiet when Ravin the "pressurer" came on. Completed his hat-trick though. One being a fantastic lob over the keeper from the edge of the box.

ChongYi-[?]-[RM]- Can't score for nuts.

Mussain-[6.5]-[CF]- Didnt see much of the ball. Had a quiet game but did well and played about 20mins as goalkeeper[for fun].

Nick-[10]-[CF]- Hat-trick on his debut. Expect more from him. Score goals for fun, tracked back to defend and great stamina. Pace and strength were never a doubt. Hardly put a foot wrong.

Ravin-[7]-[CM]- The "Pressurer"to D.Guo) as usual did his "Roy Keane" job in CM.

Ravin's Cousin-[7]-[CM]- A mimic of Ravin, but more quiet. Well, they're cousins.

Shawn-[7]-[RM]- "The Clown" worked hard chasing after balls. Lots of determination.
.
Bryan-[7.5]-[LB]- "The Bull-Dozer" bulldozed in LB and the smaller sized opponents couldnt get past him.

Nadhir-[7]-[RB]- "The Late-Comer" went straight into action upon arrival during the second half. Did ok.

D.Phua-[7]-[RM]- Helped out in attack with his quick-release passes.
